Opening of PTSD clinics and programs for those affected by PTSD

Our veterans, police officers, firefighters, and other citizens have sacrificed everything for us, and many are scarred forever with the horrors of their experiences, some even having nobody to turn to.

About 500,000 soldiers returning from Iraq are left with a scar that cuts deeper than any wound: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Sadly, several of these problems go unacknowledged, except by the Wounded Warrior Project. Also, our policemen and firemen can undergo serious mental trauma as a result of their services. Instead of just the VA hospitals or regular hospitals for treatment, PTSD specific clinics should be opened to connect the PTSD community and attempt to diminish the effects of the disorder. This could provide jobs and a thank you to our various service men and women that served in the US or overseas.
