One topic per Bill
Stop burying controversal items within a bill...
Each Bill submitted should have a specific topic with a specific goal. No more holding up a Bill for a healthcare, because someone put a clause in that has nothing to do with healthcare. Focus on a topic, discuss the best solution for the citizens on the U.S. then pass it. Things need to get done. Bickering about a tax deduction for people with blond hair and green eyes that make over $60K a year, is ridiculous when the main purpose of the Bill was to provide affordable healthcare to all children that are US citizens.
