Not following icwa guide lines

I have been lied too, mis treated and discriminated against by silver bow county dfs/cps. They came into my house without police escort, telling me there has been a report against me. I asked to see the report and they refused to show me. I then was asked to let them do a walk through which I refused to without a warrant they also said the law has changed n I have to let them in.not to mention I have a chronic disease called Muscular Dystrophy which effects my cognitive thinking at times. I told the two ladies from cps to contact icwa Indian welfare act. They said they would later well they then took my youngest n put her in their car and told me to go ua at the butte pre release the went to my other two daughters n removed them from school. I took the ua and was clean at the butte pre release. By the time I got to the dfs office they said they're removing my daughter's cause I was dirty. So I was then told they contacted icwa which was a lie. I read up on there policy and I asked them for a emergency hearing and I was giving one on the tenth working day. And by the Montana policy hand book states if I didn't have a hearing in five days. That they must return the children back to there home immediately. It's going on three months now and I still have not seen the judge I was denied councel after my first public defender withdrew from my case.i the got a new case worker at the dfs office and yet have not go any response back from them. Icwa states that they must contacted before removing the children. Well in my case they were contacted afterwards.
