Non-violent inmates should be given reduced sentences of 65% plus good time for their reduced sentences.
Non-Violent inmates need reduced sentences, their not the hardened criminal.
We have some of the most hardened criminals in the world here in the United States. We take a citizen who is never been violent and give them a sentence of ridiculous proportions and say that is acceptable . America needs money for other more serious crimes and to try to help the National debt reduce.
Think of inmates in Prison for any non-violent crime and look at their age, race, family, etc and calculate the 65% reduction along with good time reduction and release them from these prison. Cast the hardened criminals whom never seem to learn the consequences for their crimes in prison give them the more serious sentences.
