Too many children are being abused by a system that was put into place to protect them WE THE PEOPLE ARE FIGHTING BACK IN EVERY STATE
THE DECLARATION OF JUSTICE FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN
WE THE PEOPLE ARE REFUSING to participate in governmental intrusion against THE AMERICAN FAMILIES
The Liberty interest of parents in the care, custody of their children
is the oldest of the fundamental liberty interest recognized by the
U.S.SUPREME COURT
Troxel v.Granville, 527 U.S. 1069(1999)
State and local family services, child protective services, and courts have NOT recognized the RIGHTS OF PARENTS as inalienable,and, as a result
have failed to provide fundamental due process rights in the investigation and legal
proceedings to determine abuse, neglect and termination of parental rights.
These agencies use hearsay and a preponderance of evidence NOT FACTS and they need to be dismantled and restructured. They use no set laws it is what is convenient for the agencies and not the best interest of the child.

WE THE PEOPLE the undersigned, as responsible citizens hereby proclaim
the urgent need for sustained security of OUR FAMILIES, for present and future generations of the human family.
A complete overhaul of our present system MUST BE ENACTED
WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES are tired of seeing our rights trampled ,
WE THE PEOPLE WANT social services and the court systems that violate our rights and freedom to be overhauled
WE THE PEOPLE WANT all incentives to stop,
WE THE PEOPLE ARE DEMANDING THAT governments hold ALL accountable that abuse their power, families, and most of all abuse our CHILDREN
WE THE PEOPLE occupy every major city in the United states
WE THE PEOPLE WILL NOT GO AWAY OR BACK DOWN until our constitutional rights are respected.
WE THE PEOPLE will weed out the corruption that thrives in our government we will not be silenced
WE THE PEOPLE WILL NOT give up we will not surrender.
When federal funding is used
WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY
WE THE PEOPLE are the taxpayers for these services.
If they are being used against the family, families are demanding that these programs be shut down. In order that we all may live in dignity,
WE THE PEOPLE acknowledge the need for a genuine worldwide commitment by all people to break the dehumanizing chains of the so called CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES of slaveries, of torture, of killing, and of all aspects of this brutality that compromise our constitutional rights as written..
WE THE PEOPLE proclaim that the present child protective services and family courts are
fundamentally incapable of protecting any child and is completely devoid of offering positive, alternative solutions.
WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FIRMLY AND WITH THE
HIGHEST CONVICTION, STATE THAT

STAND IN SOLIDARITY TO DECLARE JUSTICE FOR OUR CONSTITUTIONAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS
