No Mass Transit in South Carolina
I am trying to start an Express Bus Commuter system in South Carolina which will need funds for me to implement. I have written to City, County and State Representatives but with little results. My start up costs will be $25,000.000
which will enable me to do the job right the first time and provide reliable and safe transportation for those in need.
This cost is minimal in contrast to a 121,000.000 project slated on a major street in Greenville.
