No homework, more family time
I'd like to ask Congress to support in banning homework from all California elementary, middle and high schools. Most parents are working full time jobs with varied hours and sometimes very little time with their kids. Homework should not be interfered with any time each family has. A child is in school at least 7 hours a day giving them plenty of time for learning. Once leaving school that should be time spent with family. I personally would love to have that time when possible to go to dinner with my family after school/work and most times I'm unable to do so being we have to spend hours of the day doing homework/projects then its shower and bed. Leaving families frustrated or staying up late trying to finish in time to turn it in. Please I'm asking to bank homework from all California school.
