Stop the gangstalking harassment in NYC
I have been getting gangstalked in the local neighborhood of East Harlem,NY I have created a petition because I have been getting electronically harassed for about 3-4 weeks. I have electronic evidence of the past 4 days in the form of videos I take in order to record the specific
sounds that I keep on hearing.I also want this petition for any future victims of this horrible crime.
