NJ DCP&P are targeting people for \'legal kidnapping\' of our children!

There are 100's if not 1000's of cases just like this one, and the public is unaware that they are not the parents to their children if you live in a state with a CPS agency. Some laws protect families within a jurisdiction, but others are loop-holed to allow government agencies/entities to enter your home and govern your family life. Unfortunately, once you have that knock on your door, it?s hard to get them to leave. In my case, when i asked for help, they used it against me. They are sneaky and make you feel as if they are there to help you, when i all actuality, they are taking a mental note of EVERYTHING u say, and using it against you. If, for example, the worker goes into private conversation about a party at his brother's house over the weekend, and he has been "drag-ass" up until this point explaining his tardiness for their "appointment" and he seems to be very down-to-earth... DO NOT dare engage in mutual interactions with these people! They are simply "feeling you out" to see where you stand in life. They will speak of friends of theirs who do drugs or alcohol, even may incriminate themselves, all to be sneaky and wait for a response. When u share the story of when u were younger, you ended up sleeping on the front lawn, and no recollection of the happenings that got you there, you eventually find yourself in the court of law defending your parental rights and charges of "criminal negligence" "child endangerment" or some other form of substantiation because what you proved to them is that it?s happened in the past and it may happen again. It is sad to think that an entity can use a bond of any sort against you, but that is what it seems to me our government has been doing for years. Parents on a daily Monday thru Friday basis have to step into family courts all across America defending their rights as parents. From anonymous phone calls from vindictive ex-lovers and friends, to the worker coming from a doctor?s office about your child missing an immunization. All they would need is some sort of "fact" to base the allegation on and your children are gone, sometimes IMMEDIATELY without court order. They CAN actually do this, in some cases, for something as simple as a yeast infection in the diaper region, which, as a parent, we know is brought on by the all too common, thrush. I am imploring you to please read this website thoroughly, as you world and point of view on this situation will surely be changed when you are done, and please remember, the stories on this page are true, they are from VICTIMS who continue to be victimized. If you ever thought for one minute that these agencies are "only doing their jobs", ask yourself why they get kickbacks for children placed in foster homes. It?s happening all across America, and there are only a handful of us victims willing to tell on them!
