NFL Freedom Of Speech Act

Spread Fairness across the NFL and provide funds to ensure Freedom of Speech remains an ideal in the NFL

The NFL has long benefitted from the support of fans, the united states government, the people of our country, and people from around the world as they have built a strong and prosperous business here in the United States since 1920 as a non profit organozation. In those years the ideals of athleticism and sportmanship have spread and grown to reach markets around the world. As a matter of fact the NFL's market share has grown ao much with reputation and influence of the athleticism exemplified therein, that according to the media, in 2009 the Department of Defense, DOD, entered into a contract and gave consideration to the NFL in the amount of some 5.8 Million dollars to have athletes come out of the locker rooms amd stand for the national anthem in order to help patriotism and recruitment for the United States Military. As recently evidenced with the commisioner, many owners, and severl NFL atheletes, most noteably Collin Kapernick, The NFL, Team owners and atheletes have breached their contract with the DOD and should therefore be held accountable for this breach of contract. Furthrmore, since the NFL is no longer a fledgling athletic organization, but a full blown profitable undertaking that expresses it's own political agenda, we respectfully ask that this profitable undertaking be designated as such and pay its fair share in taxes. We further ask that in lieu of a bulk monetary settlement that a fund be established paid into anually, at 3% of quaterly earning on all NFL,, NFL subsidiaries, franchises, licenses, contracts and profit, or not less than 12 Million Dollars annually, by the NFL, (et al), for 96 years, or the equivalent of the time the American people have supported the NFL as a tax free entity, for the benefit of education for the public interest regarding the rights of American Citizens and how to respectfully, peacefully, and lawfully envoke those rights.
