Newnan , GA DFACS Kidnapped My Grandkids, Failed To Act, and Perjured Testimony
I am wanting to bring awareness to my fight in removing my grandchildren from an unsafe home. In 6/2019 my grandson was taken into custody by the Newnan, GA DFACS team. In September my granddaughter was born and was placed in custody as well. The DfACS team has been very malicious and bias towards my son (their father) by continuously violating their policies, perjuring testimony (led to guardianship being granted with a maternal family member that completely alienated my family) failed to act in removing my grandchildren, failing to investigate safety concerns AFTER the maternal family jumped on my family and pulled weapons on my family at my grandson's birthday party on 7/18/2020. This maternal family member attacked the children's mother holding her child while my son was holding their other child. We attempted to separate her and doing that we had four weapons pulled out, I had a gun in my chest, my son had a gun to his head and chest (again holding his child). Dfacs failed to investigate when I attempted to report the workers failure to act and the attempt to tell them the truth on that day, their regional members failed to investigate the failure to investigate the initial safety issue, and they are violating my grandkids' indigenous background. This family has now painted themselves as the victim and DFACS maliciously facilitated the lies helping to keep my grandkids in an unsafe environment. My son now has a restraining order based on DFACS worker lying to the police on 7/18/20 saying there was a signed judges' order for no contact with the children. I have the body cam videos and you can hear this social worker stating this. This lie created the uncontrollable spiral effect of our rights being violated because the police listened to the social worker and took the report saying my son was the aggressor. In 9/2020 there was a meeting and the same worker admitted that my son was in deed the victim on that day. My grandkids' maternal family member has legally kidnapped my grandkids with the help of DFACS. Filed a restraining order and has now used that to say she's afraid. My son was stripped from being a parent and my grandkids are being stripped from their entire family. My grandson had a black eye under DFACS care and a broken arm. This same maternal family member 6 yr old child shot his finger off with his older brother's gun. I need my grandkids out of this home and I need DFACS team that facilitated this to be held accountable for misrepresenting the facts of a case and helping someone gain custody by way of fraud. Please help me.
