My Name is Tamara C. , I have been fighting for my child for almost two years now, ever since I moved back to NY due to Domestic Violence , my mother was diying of Cancer and wanted to go home (NYC) and I was struggling to make ends meet because the father wouldnt help me. I filed a motion to leave the state being as tho I always took care of our son , I provieded a home, food ,clothing, medical and everyday expenses . When I filed the motion I was denied, because the father had thretended me earlier inthe year to given him joint custody so he wouldnt have to pay child support. My son has been going to school sick, dirty , smelling like urine, bruised and with poor attendance and lateness . I have contacted DYFUS and as long as my son has food and a home theyre ok with this. Never mind love, affection , attention , hygiene, all the pictures and medical records I have presented showing delayed treatments or affects dur to no treatment at because the father doesnt have insurance . Now the father has gone on a drinking binge and destroyed the home he had for his wife and children and I dont know where hes at. I went to court with his wife and she signed and affidavit stating he went on a rampage and showed pictures of the destroyed property, she told the courts that he has no job, no money, no home , no phone, no vehicle and that my son cries for his brother and I and that he wants to be with me, and Im still waiting for Justice. All of this because I moved back to NYC and cant afford a lawyer.!!! WE NEED JUSTICE FOR JAYDEN PLEASE!!!!!
