Veterans affairs is delaying and obstruction and resisting paying disability pay at exit from service. VA should be sued for this and jailed because it causes homelessness and the veteran that is service connected can not buy home when he or she needs it. The va is Suborning perjury regarding sworn documents stating covering up information it does not want congress and public to know,concerning many issues like radiation risk activity in Nevada desert and nuclear waste deposits, disposal 1977 underground tests. Judge Merchan is covering up 18 title usc 241 242 245 1st amendment. This disqualified his reason to be there and the person that appointed him should be relieved of their duties because it's nazism to ignore democratic constitutional rights. This is the taxpayers prolonged problem. The Veterans affairs lies and says it can do the job of fulfilling Veterans needs and is allocated the money and the va does honest serves fraud and abuse of veteran ,Veterans affairs and co conspirators betrayed Veterans VA had helo from two faced betraying the constitution suborning perjury judges. For felony counts of theft by unlawfully taking to facilitate delaying stipends to disabled vets ,theft by deception lieing to disabled vets the constitutional rights don't apply on federal government proceeding, on va property, forgery of the constitution and rewording of it thru communication with policies to facilitate crimes like resisting payment and constitutional rights and obstruction of rights,and emtala laws and privacy rights and hippa rights,disabled vets rights are put over va police and staff and judges. Don't ask for my sweat or others in uniform to protect nato or usa let alone Ukraine and the others. VA violation forgery ,access device fraud to do disruptive discrimination and computer trasspassinh to violate constitutional rights and all reserved rights to disabled vets who are asserting 1st 2nd 4the 5th 6th 14th constitutional rights. When va uses dominion to violate 2nd 1st 5th 14th or 4th amendment it is committing a hypocritical felony treating and intimidation of witnesses who are disabled vets. VA exploits constitutional rights and illegally says they don't apply for allegedly official but personal act reasons the can not get immunity for. Criminal acts on the bench as judge. Amounts to pattern and practice to obstruction of constitutional rights fraud personnel percutedvto violate constitutional rights mainly 2nd .4th 5th 1st 14th sanctions and fines and jail 6 months for violation of 18 title usc 241 242 245 1st amendment.
