To help keep my daughter safe
I am a single mother of two and I am trying to keep my daughter safe and out of harms way. I have made numerous calls to Dhs and brought her to the courts to talk to the judge and no one will help. She is being abused by her dad and grandfather and she is not even supposed to be living in the home that she is in. There is present drug use also. My daughter is not being heard or kept safe. I don't want to send her back there but I can't change the court order without help. I don't want to get a contempt charge for trying to keep her safe. Her dad punches and pushes her and her grandfather grabs her to the point were he leaves marks, he throws her stuff out of the car onto the side of the road and he tells her that she is lucky that she is not his kid because her butt would be bleeding. Help me please....
