Yes, my name is Andres Apodaca. I’m writing this because the injustice of the system has this totally unfair. A 2017 me my ex will get a divorce. She told nothing but lies the judge seeing right through it dismiss the allegations of a spousal abuse in 2017 2019 I get hurt at work I lose my left leg. She goes to the courts once again telling them that their spouses abuse involved. In all this other stuff she tells the courts that my kids are saying this and saying stuff other stuff, but on all the police reports and anything it’s just her saying everything my kids have said nothing it’s just all the mom now tell me how it’s fair for them to put a arrest warrant out on me I’m part Native American write a tomahawk at a tree, and they put a arrest warrant out on me for a violating, a court order which I knew nothing about because my lawyer that I paid to represent me he’s going up against my ex-wife, and all he does is keep prospering from spawning postponing. My court dates never let me know anything I went to a Court day and he was out having a dinner with his wife for their anniversary. Why I’m sitting at, the courthouse waiting for him the judge in the matter I was in front of her 20 years ago. How is she still going to do anything in this case when she shouldn’t even be on that she should’ve dismissed her self in this case, the Laura, I had I had him 20 years ago, which I did not remember and tell her , hey Cheveron plus Tony and all my court dates, so yes CPS the cops the judges are all involved because of the kids and involved in a system. Guess what they don’t get paid I got six kids they want to put in the system six months but here say all all your ex needs to do is say, I’m glad she hasn’t told them that I killed invisible man because I know they’re just come and shoot me in the head arrest me you whatever they want it to me if she told him that done but yes, the justice system needs re-built from the ground up when it comes to children and the parents analyze that the mothers could say to just destroy someone’s life and destroy their children’s life by false allegations
