Mental Disability Right to Work/ Mental disability acceptance
Mental disabilities are important too and I, myself have three mental disabilities
I believe that people with mental disabilities, such as autism spectrum disorder, should not be put down by employers just because of their mental statement. We can do the work, just like everybody else, you just have to trust us and learn a lot about the disabilities! Their is too much ignorance in this world, it is uncalled of, inhumane, and cruel. I believe that their should be a whole lot more awareness towards those with these mental disabilities, and more acceptance. People with autism are really smart people. I believe that employers should be educated on and accept those who have a mental disability from the start from interview to keeping them. I believe their should be enhanced training within the company for those suffering from these disabilities and educate the employers on how to deal with these people. By educating the public on mental disabilities, we can reduce a lot of bullying. People with mental disabilities are at high risk of getting bullied and that is just not right because we can't do much about how we behave, we can work on it but that is not enough. You need to put more attention on mental disabilities. Can you please support giving these amazing people the thing they want and need, acceptance and a way to get a job easier.
