MC1R gean mutations absence from the GINA
There is an unprotected group of minority in the United States that is faceing workplace discrimination, harassment, and violence. This group falls through the cracks of every federal employment protection and nondiscrimination act. This group is easily identified by physical characteristics such as: skin tone/feature, hair color/texture, and muscular skeletal formation. I am referring to individuals with natural red hair caused by the MC1R gean. I implore members of the Senate and Congress to amend current workplace protection to include discrimination against genetic mutations such as the MC1R.
