Marijuana... Legalize it, Tax it, and Repair it.

Instead of working against marijuana, lets make marijuana work for us.

The decriminalization and legalization of marijuana would have a huge impact on the economy, job creation, over crowded prison systems, and congested legal system in the United States. This is no doubt a huge burden on the already broke American tax payer. By legalizing marijuana the government could then place a tax on it for an economic boost. Multiple jobs would be created as well. Prisons would have more room to contain more serious offenders such as murderers, rapists, child molestors, etc.. and a lesser amount to room and board for idiotic crimes. Marijuana is not even a drug. It's a non addictive plant. Drugs are made. Ciggerettes contain more chemicals than marijuana ever has. Alcohol abuse has resulted with many more numbers of casualties when compared to marijuana. Legalization would also result in better job growth by easing the strict rules when applying for employment. Now I'm not saying marijuana should be allowed in any work place, but if a person wants to fire one up after work then that person should have the civil liberty to do so. As long as they are not infringing on the rights of others.
