Make it a federal law that cops sons are treated equally to the rest of the population
He has hurt a lot of people and done horrid crimes but is not on the registry. He is not held to the same standards as other people.
He also strangled me three different times . The fourth time I didn't call the cops because he threw the phone in the bushes . Some police will not investigate anything and if they do you don't get police reports even . The Winnebago sheriff's department had Scott Binders dad Don Binder working there for thirty years . He was a criminal and a county officer. There needs to be a law that an officer and his family are punished and sentenced the same as any other criminal . And a penalty if a judge does not do so .
