Make \"Best Interest of the Child\", Actually be in their best interest

All States Court room and CPS employees say what they are doing is in the children's best interest, although proof shows otherwise.

In all states parents and children's rights are being violated, children are being stripped of their innocence, parents are being able to keep the children away from the other parent even when the other parent is trying to stay in the children's lives, CPS removes children based on false allegations and possible future neglect and abuse, parents are unable to be in their children's lives yet have to pay outrageous child support fees and back support.

While all these things are happening to so many families in the US, children are suffering the most at the hands of the system. There should be no money incentive to tear families apart, by removing the funding less children will be put in the system and adopted out. Psychological effects occur immediately when the child has to be without one or both parents. Many children are removed solely on hearsay or false allegations. Even if the parent is able to prove that no abuse or neglect has occurred, months even years have passed since the family was torn apart. The child is part of both parents and should never be kept away from either, without solid evidence of the things being allaged. Which would in most if not all cases end with the parent being jailed. If a parent is not charged in criminal court why should they be in family court! In fact police officers and CPS workers are the ones breaking the law and violating our rights by breaking into our homes with no warrant or court order and stealing our children. If the children's best interest was at heart that would not be the way to take a child from the parents who that Child loves and feels safe. Parents should not be allowed to move children away from the other parent states away and not allow the children to speak to the other parent. Children will ask why they can't see or talk to the other parent and feel unloved and empty. The parent that moved the children away should be deemed neglectful and emotionally abusive as well as unable to make selfless decisions in the best interest of their children. It should be also added that no court worker, CPS employee or parent that takes the children away from the other parent should be able to speak badly about the parent to the child/children. No matter what is allaged or who made the accusation, that doesn't change the fact that the children love both parents and think the word of them. To try to change a child's image of their parents is wrong and damaging to the child now and in the future.

All aspects of the system that uses the phrase "in the best interest of the child" needs to be reformed and thoroughly examined for all errors currently happening. These "people" read a piece of paper and get anynomous calls, they do not know the parents or the children to be able to decide what is best for them. These employees all need to have the parents fill out paperwork and they have to get doctor records and recommendations and they do this because the parents are the only one who knows enough about t
