Make an investigation on staffing companies (ICC) which may abuse the H1B filing
FY2014 H-1B is expected to be used out soon, because some staffing companies abuse much of the quota. That cuts off many High-tech workers chances for working in United States
USCIS should punish those ICCs who abused the H1B filing, and the quota those companies took should be reassigned to other applicants.
There are some reasons:
1. Can you imagine an staffing company files three H1Bs in three ICCs to increase his chance of lottery?
2. Many ICCs make fake resumes for their employees to file H1B Visas.
3. Many ICCs help people came from foreign countries to do a very cheap paid work in United States and has a trend to damage united states economics.
4. The H1B quota is limited, many High-tech people may lose their jobs because of ICCs abused the H1B filing.
