Let\'s put a stop to the unfair classification by the Workman\'s Compensation Board leading to wrongful termination and denial of benefits.

Lets protect the presently injured and any future injured person from the acts of the WCB.

Petition to Congress requesting a stop be put to the suffering being inflicted on injured workers by the Workers? Compensation Board across the Nation.

We are being made to suffer unnecessary hardships due to financial loss. Our medical treatment is being impaired by forcing us to go to inadequate doctors and to cut back on the amount of medication that we require for our treatment because we cannot afford to pay for those medications.

Thousands of severely injured workers across America and elsewhere are experiencing the same issues yet, Washington is turning a blind eye to this.

We are political pawns to a crooked and corrupted government. There is a war being waged right here in our nation towards the injured worker by the WCB and as usual the government is dissavowing this crime. We are being treated inhumanely but politicians are more interested in themselves than doing what is right in correcting a failed system that does not work.

The injured (we) are requesting that a total clean up of the system be enacted immediately and those running the Workers? Compensation Board starting with Governors and Judges and following down the line to all employed by the system be replaced by more humane candidates. Candidates, willing and able to better protect the injured- versus the Companies and insurance moguls.

The tactics that are being used by the WCB are the same from state to state. It?s as if it is part of their training to find a reason to disqualify the injured. Also wrongfully qualifying the injured party, knowing very well that not far down the line this error will cause problems to the person injured. As a result of this their case ends up being usually closed unjustly. From the top all way down to the crooked lawyers whom mislead their clients by stating that they are not involved with the WCB when in fact they are on the WCB payroll an intervention, clean up and overhaul of the WCB is required. It is hard to believe that it?s just a coincidence that Americans across the country from the East Coast to the West Coast injured Americans are having the same exact problems with the WCB.

An impartial committee should be put in place to oversee the actions and procedures of the WCB or any government agency with so much power over the well being of an injured or disabled person because their irresponsible actions can drastically affect our quality of life. We should not have to skip a meal just to have enough money to buy at least half of our medications. Government agencies are not above the law that is why we need a law to protect us. We are not asking for charity. We are only asking for a law that will ensure that each case is being viewed individually and fairly.
