Let's Join Together To End Poverty

To whom it may concern...

Hello, My name is Gregory Lynn Valentine Junior. I am 41 year's old. And I am from Baker City, Oregon. I am writing with the hope that someone will listen. I want to talk to you about poverty in the world and how unnecessary it is. We see children and their families out there fighting for survival.

In a world that has the potential to end their suffering simply by providing a monetary acknowledgement. Consisting of nothing less than $5,000.00 per month to every individual living in poverty. How does the world just do nothing and continue to ignore these poor suffering people. In this day and age we have computer technology. Capable of processing huge amounts of transactions.

Why can we not build a computer with a banking program. Input a dollar amount that cannot be depleted and distribute said acknowledgement to these poor suffering people. Why can we not issue them a debit card with their acknowledgement. To make certain that their basic human needs are met. I do not understand how it is acceptable to just sit idly by while these poor people are left with no income whatsoever. And are left to fend for themselves.

It is our responsibility to make sure that every man, woman, and child has adequate shelter, nutritious food, clean water, suitable clothing and shoes. What may one consider if it were his or her family living in poverty? This acknowledgement ladies and gentlemen is not a handout it is a guarantee that no one will ever live in poverty ever again. Some may say it just cannot be done. But they are not the one's starving living on the street's and dying in the dirt.

We must do something because it is crimes against humanity to leave these poor suffering people with nothing. It is a huge undertaking and the amount of money to end poverty is staggering. Nevertheless, it can be done. And we have a duty, obligation and responsibility to these people we can no longer ignore. Just think about it, for one minute, you yourself living impoverished. With nowhere to sleep and nothing to eat exposed to the elements with little or no hope to survive.

Come on people wake up and let's put an end to poverty once and for all. Please stop believing that there is nothing we can do. Let's build that computer and save these people from the nightmare of poverty.
