Require "CHECK BACKSEAT" Reminder for ALL Automobiles

I would like you to support keeping kids safe from hot cars by adding a "CHECK BACKSEAT" feature in all makes and models of automobiles. Parents, these days are very forgetful that their kids are in the backseat of cars. They turn the engine off and go about their day without checking if they forgot anything. Something has to change! Thank you!
