Congressional Term Limits

Beginning at the foundation of our nation, term limits were enacted in order to prevent a single person from gaining too much control. Today, there are no term limits in Congress and we are asking you to reconsider amending a bill to implement term limits for the House of Representatives and Senate. As constituents, we deserve to be rightly represented in the federal government and that cannot happen if the same people remain in power. We ask that you propose a solution of two six- year terms for House members and two six- year terms for Senate as well.
