Help please
My brother is been refused for his immigration I-130 under 212 a (3)b in 2011, he was approved in 2001,in 2009 he had an Interview and my brother was honest in his interview, the US forces in Iraq arrest him in 2006 by mistake, after almost 6 months they found out that he is innocent man. we have all evidence papers from the (International Non-conviction Certificate, US Forces and Court) he doesn't have any terrorists activety in his life nor his family or us we are living in US Michigan. He has heart and kidney problems, because of what happened to him, Iraqi and Jordanian doctors didnot recover him, he may get his treatment in US. Please advise me what should I do next to bring my brother to USA....
