Legalize Psychedelic drugs & marijuana in all 50 states.

Psychedelic drugs and marijuana are listed schedule 1 when it is scientifically proven to be less harmful than alcohol and tobacco. And are proven to be non-addictive..

As you know, psychedelics such as "psilocybin mushrooms/magic mushrooms,LSD,MDMA,ect" and marijuana are schedule 1 drugs.

And in order for a drug to be schedule 1 it has to fit into one of the following:

1."The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse."

That is a common misunderstanding, substances such as psychedelic drugs are in fact and proven to be non-addictive, also psychedelics builds up a quick tolerance , so if you take it every day it will have no affect on you,so there's no way you can abuse it.And the chances of dying by consuming it are slim to none. While consuming alcohol and smoking tobacco can kill you overtime.

Alcohol can make you do some pretty dangerous things while on it, same as LSD and other psychedelic drugs.

But, enough of any drug legal or illegal can make you do some pretty dumb things resulting in harm of others or yourself.(not including the actual harmful drugs that can hurt you by consuming like heroine or meth). So what makes alcohol legal and psychedelic drugs illegal, as well as marijuana which is basically harmless.

There's even graphs of drugs that causes harm to others and yourself and the bar on lsd and other psychedelics are really low compared to the ones that are legal such as alcohol, which is at near if not at the very top.

The difference is psychedelics can change a person for the better, alcohol or tobacco products doesn't.And there isn't any reported deaths of anyone who has taken things such as lsd or magic mushrooms who died simply by consuming it.

Except keeping these substances illegal, we should do more research about it, or at least make exceptions that it is legal to have, and shipped to the United States but you can only obtain a certain amount.

No matter what there's always going to be an idiot who abuses substances and go out and do crazy things. That's why rather than having it illegal there should be a limit to how much you can contain or consume.

And if it's legalized only the people who were already doing it are the ones who are gonna try it.Legal or not people will find a way to obtain these drugs. So if it's legal things would be the same but vise versa, the people who don't want to do it will still not do it and the same people doing it illegally will still continue doing it.If there's an increase on people using these drugs it will only rise a small percentage.

2.The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical treatment use in the U.S.

Well, it has no current accepted medical treatment use in the United States but it could.Psychedelics could treat Anxiety and depression, it could also give you a more alternative and innovative way of thinking in a positive way.Due to scientific proof and personal experience.
