Kids taken by CPS for false accusations

My son was taken back in October 15 ,2021 all because I was accused of domestic, was arrested and went to jail ( and nothing happened) and I haven't had no visits or any contact with my son and no trying to take away my rights. How can they do this to me and I done nothing wrong. Please help.
