Keeping Families Together
My issue I’m desperately asking is for the benefit of keeping innocent children inside of a home with biological parents. As a mother of four children . All of my civil rights were and have been violated .
I was not given the chance or opportunity for appoint of council before myself and children have been split up since 10/2016.
Greene County children services and courts has not been equal or fair upon myself and children experience with them. I have two children overseas seven and eight in Senegal ,Dakar Africa I have not been able to see or talk to the past year . A two year old whom was 10 months at the time and a fifteen year old that was clearly aware of everything falsely being said or reported.
The court unfairly granted custody of my seven and eight year old to their father whom they are not residing with at the living address he reported Jacksonville, Florida. Not sure if he’s even a legal immigrant. My children are U.S citizens.
I’m praying that you open a active investigation on all departments of Greene County Juvenile courts. Aswell as Greene County Children Services . Im asking if you could please investigate the unfairness of homes being divided, false case plans being open, and created .
I was deflamated out of Character by Greene County Chidren services which caused me to loose everything. My home ,My government job of 11 1/2 Years , car and children . As a loving mother ,I passed every initial evaluation or drug screen they used and created against me .
With supportive Services and written statements provided by Psychiatrist ,Cancelors ,and Primed Phyisicians Doctors . There’s was no reason deemed to be seen in which Greene County Children Services created in their case plan .
Please stop this agency from dividing more homes up that initially don’t deserve it just for the cost or value the agency is rewarded with dividing each child out of false accusations.
