JUSTICE FOR McKENNA
CHILD ABUSED IGNORED BY CONFLUENCE AUTHORITIES AND CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES
On or about April 14, 2015 a young girl hurt her foot while riding on a ATV during visitation with her Mother and her boyfriend. As children some times will the child took the initiative and decided to use a pair of crutches to "treat" her injury. The Mother was not pleased.
After a tussle between Mom and child, the child's leg was seriously injured, which was compounded later when the Mother hit the child with a metal spoon in the same area as the original injury. All of this occurred while on scheduled visitation with the child's Mother.
The child continued to complain about her leg for the next four days and the Mother DENIED her medical attention. It was the Father that would eventually provide her the much needed medical attention.
It was discerned that McKenna had a fracture at her knee, with extensive internal bruising and potentially growth plate interference. There were reports made on the case and to this day the issue between Mother and child has yet to be addressed, that includes both child welfare services and the authorities.
WE THE PEOPLE request that this case be opened for investigation and that charges be brought based on the evidence. We request this as visitation with the children continues and it is often a hostile situation. So much so that the children do not "look forward" to seeing their Mother as they should.
WE believe this is the only way that boundaries are established and everyone involved knows what is expected of him or her.
