Justice for Kendrick Johnson

I am trying to establish a petition to reopen a case in Valdosta Georgia. Regarding a 17 year old high school student, Kendrick Johnson. There was an injustice to him and his family. I am asking to be allowed to establish this petition, present the facts and have his cased reopened.
