I am floored at the fact that the police think those pictures do not prove abuse. And to believe a BS excuse that he was just breaking up a fight is unreal. Just cuz dogs fight that doesn't give anyone the right to stomp on a dog's head. The poor thing just laid there while he did it so the dog obviously is NOT mean or dangerous!!
