The father Of Grace Marie Anne Duran filed numerous of Law suites against Atlantic County in the federal Court Presiding Judges Anna M Donio and Chief Simandle Judge Under Docket 07-cv- 5994 (JBS). for Police Brutality a group of Police Officers who were going around utilizing there K-9 dogs as a weapon and assaulting a group of citizens who were minorities and fabricating charges to justify there actions misusing and abusing process, after Petitioner filing complaint section 1983, The Petitioner was place in jail were the prison conditions were below minimum standards it was considered inhuman were the population was minorities Civil Action No.: 07-3589 Duran vs. Atlantic County ....a group of politicians then send a hit to the father and mother Pomona Hospital mistreated the mother Atlantic Care 1:13-cv-07876-RBK-JS, Atlantic City Electric company shut the power off of there home forcing the parents to leave the home and be homeless Burlington County Superior Court under Docket No.: L 001629-13, all resource of government assistance was denied Ocean County Social Service 1:14-cv-04120-RMB-AMD, Civil Action 1:14-cv-04125-RMB-AMD. the federal court has refused to allowed this claims to be filed and has given the complaints to the defendants and parties being sued. and New Jersey government has place Grace Marie Anne Duran unneeded medication treatment morphine and held her and removed her from there parents to fa foster home forcing the parents to be unfit, forcing the parents to withdraw this lawsuits and has utilized false and fabricated charges to create threat and fear , you cant walk away from this Justice shall be done Grace a child who was born to cruelty and punishment due to the father exercising his constitutional rights
America then choices to go to other countries and place Law and Order when in America the governments are in worse conditions, were asking for removal and prosecution... Th child was place for adoption after DCC&P and New Jersey has tried to escape liability by forcing the parents to be unfit and threaten the father to surrenders to his right in order to justify the removal and DCC&P escape liability, removing arguments from the record in family court the United State District Court refusing to file the Claims.
