Justice for Andrea
Please help us,
I am writing this asking for your help for more than one reason. The sanity of myself and my family, and first and foremost for true justice to be served for my niece.
I will begin this story with the background from the childhood of my niece and myself. My niece Andrea Todd was born when I was approximately 6 years old. Andrea spent a lot of time with me and my parents, which was pretty much the only stability she had in her life. She had lots of emotional, sexual, substance abuse at an early age in her life, by people who should have loved and protected her. I always tried my hardest to protect her all my life. I grew up with Andrea and loved her as a sister. As time went on I became a parental figure to her. I now loved her like a daughter. She has 3 wonderful children. Racee, Cruz and Revyn. She was a great mother for a period of time and found drugs. Andrea would spend time away from her kids when she was involved with drugs but never endangered her children. Now to bring this story to the interesting part.
Andrea was looking at prison and came to me for help. She was genuinely ready to seek help for herself and be the mom she used to be. I searched for days and days to get her into a good treatment facility, which is difficult since she had no insurance and I am not wealthy. I found a treatment facility in Alabama that would take her. We took her to Alabama bought her everything she needed and took a tour of the facility, if you want to call it that. The facility was very sketchy and so were the people running it. Andrea wanted to find another facility after a weekend there. I have a friend by the name of Becca who lived approximately an hour away that agreed to go get her. Becca retrieved Andrea. I was gone to Florida on a vacation with a sister I just reconnected with after 23 years of seperation. I began phoning all resources I could to get her into another facility. In the mean time my friend Becca and her mother placed her in a facility under false pretence that they were her aunt and mother and they are of no relation. When they got her placed into the facility Becca and her mother refused to disclose her location to me threatened to burn and throw away all memories she had of Andreas deceased mother and her children's pictures if she contacted me. The treatment facility would not communicate with me about her either and I am her next of kin and her actual aunt.
Andrea completed her treatment and returned to Becca's. She got a job and was doing great. Talking to me and to her family and had not used drugs again. She was homesick at times but as you understand she needed time away from her hometown to help ensure she stayed clean. She had mentioned several times she wanted to come home, she wanted to do the right thing and pay her debt back to Becca's mother, which Becca reminded her daily she owed this money to her mother. She had a sister here in Oklahoma who had tried for almost 15 years to have a baby and finally gave birth to Andrea's first nephew on July 22nd. Her sister Heather started suffering from severe postpartum depression at about 8 days after the baby was born. On August 17, 2016 Andrea said maybe I need to just come home and help there, she said I'm clean and ready to come home, I asked are you sure... My mom was like No, you should stay there and keep working your doing good. Little did we know Becca had been tormenting my niece for reasons we don't know.
On August 21, 2016 I received the worst phone call of my life from Becca, it was around 2 am that Andrea had committed suicide. At first glance it appeared to be suicide and was handled as such by the local law enforcement agency. After the fact the coroner was not sure herself that it was possible Andrea could have taken that much Benadryl on her own, there was no way this was done by herself, yet noway anyone could force that much either.
Now let's back up to the night of the alleged suicide. Becca and Andrea had went to the casino and Andrea had won a jackpot in Tunica, Becca's mother told her to stop being mean and to come get Andrea and be nice, so the casino is where they headed.
After leaving the casino Becca wanted to go pick up her ex boyfriend, Larry , in Cabot Arkansas, which she now tells the local police he is some man my niece met on the internet, I have messages to prove otherwise, he told me so..
Larry has told me he has sever PTSD, suicidal, and homicidal tendencies. I HAVE THE MESSAGES TO PROVE IT. so they pick this man up and take him home with them. When they get home he makes dinner etc, Becca said to me she went to get him because he was suicidal as well as my niece and thought they would be good for each other, the next night or that night she goes to work and approximately a few hours later my niece is dead. Andrea had been talking to her ex-husband via FB messenger and it just stopped at 11:37 p.m., she was normal Andrea and wasn't down at all. I had been talking to her every single day, she was so proud of herself and thanked me over and over for helping save her life. She had written a very generic and very suspicious suicide note unlike any letter or note that Andrea would ever write. The only evidence was a bottle of Benadryl that would have contained only a fraction of the amount of Diphenhydramine that was in her toxicology report, the bottle was out of date (2013) and Becca said she bought it from a grocery store called Fred's, it's the Dollar General brand. I have the bottle in my possession.
Becca has since said Andrea had mentioned suicide for days. Becca's daughter has threatened my life and Larry has disappeared completely. The coroner is concerned and saying anything at all , the autopsy report has threw red flags I suppose, I get excuse after excuse from the coroner and the detective as to why we don't have one or her death certificate, I've heard the doctor's emails don't work, they're behind, there is some reason we can't get answers as to what happen to my niece, it was not suicide, the scene was not treated as a crime scene, the man she was left with is a felon in Oklahoma and Arkansas, his wife was murdered in 09 and they never found who killed her. The man had outstanding warrants and the detective didn't even know that much, I work for the Department of Corrections here in Oklahoma, he didn't even know he had been in prison. I myself had to give him this mans DOC # and send him pictures. She has three children that need closure as do me and my family.
I fully believe there was foul play and I need your help to get justice for my precious niece who was so full of love and life and would not have committed suicide. I have so many pictures of her body, because I dressed her I didn't want her hurt anymore than she already was. Messages between Becca and I. Her mother and Larry the man she didn't know and left with. My niece was naked in the bathtub also she never would have been naked for a stranger to find her.
I am literally begging for your help.
