Judge should be held accountable!
Judge Phillip Kirk tried to send me to live with a pedaphile that I testified against and put in jail . Years later he threatened my foster mom with a letter stating if she didn't bring me to court he'd fine her ! He was trying to make me live with the man that hurt me for years every night ! Then he sent my sibling there . He said ," It's different for boys ." What the hell is that supposed to.mean ? That it's okay to send boys to live with perps? Well I see on CCAP that this judge wrote me a letter concerned about a placement ? No it's the other way around ! I wrote him a letter very concerned about a placement that he made and he denied doing anything wrong ! That is the truth . This judge is a liar . I'm opening the case . I will never get back what I lost because of this judge. He ruined children's lives .I will be opening the case and it should be a law that no judge can put someone's name on something blaming them when they were only three years older ! I was not the mom where does he get off blaming me. Judges immunity should stop somewhere . He crossed the line . The child said he did not want to.live there and he didn't care . He ignored the child. He allowed two parents to severely abuse this child . He said he only resolved disagreements. Well the 12 year old boy disagreed . Yo made me see a man that sex assaulted me for years and tried to make me go live with him . The worst part is when I called him ..He said he knew what he did to me and he was still sending him there because it's different for boys . I'm.reopening the case .
