To train bus drivers how to restrain meantly ill childern
i would like to set this bill so no other meantly ill childern or adults have to be restrain by a knee in the back or headlock by any school nor city bus driver like my son was on 9/28/2009 i have a report showing that the drivers of gusd dont have any training with meantly ill childern and i would like for all schools to have their driver trained and also the city bus line i want this nation wide so no one else gets hurt
