Stop the corruption in Taylor County WV! Investigate Judge Moats, Family Court Judge Karen Hill Johnson ( Former GAL) and the corrupt CPS workers Ashley (Newman) Kimble, Terry Cox, and Ashley Hunt. They are illegally taking our kids on false allegations and without any evidence. Many families have clear and convincing proof of the lies and corruption and yet are still being ignored.
West Virginia added 48 CPS positions due to EXTREMELY HIGH CASELOADS. Taylor County had over 120 filed CPS cases last year. Assistant Prosecutor Shawn Nines confessed that the increase in the caseload is even startling to him. In February the appointment of Judge Marks as senior status judge in Taylor County and Barbour County to help with the OVERLOADED COURT SYSTEM . According to Prosecutor John Bord ABUSE -AND -NEGLECT CASES WERE MORE THAN DOUBLE THE AVERAGE for the state in the last three years. A total of 135 in 2015 (65 for Taylor, 70 for Barbour); a total of 221 in 2016 (112 for Taylor, 109 for Barbour); and a total of 238 in 2017 (128 for Taylor, 110 for Barbour). Tell me how you donā€™t see something wrong with this? The corruption is so bad that in March U.S. Attorney Mike Stuart formed a new special unit to investigate corruption.
Please investigate! Taylor County needs your help! There are so many children and families being destroyed by the lies and corruption. Justice needs to be served and people need to be held accountable for what they are doing to our children and families.
So please President Donald J. Trump, Sen. Joe Manchin III, Sen. Shelley Capito, and Rep. David McKinley put an end to the corruption! Let our kids come home to their families that love them!
