Investigate and Remove Senator Robert Menendez
Senator Robert Menendez and Office has violated U.S. law
Sen. Robert Menendez has been found guilty of having an undocumented (illegal) immigrant who is also a registered sex offender in his employ as an intern. Sen. Menendez alleges having no knowledge of the event, and has been reported as stating " that his staff asks interns whether they are in the country legally but cannot check to be sure"
The idea that the staff of an U.S. Senator cannot determine if a prospective employee is a U.S. citizen or not and also whether said prospect has a criminal record is ludicrously absurd!
Clearly, there is a disproportionately large possibility that Sen. Robert Menendez and his staff had full knowledge of the status of the illegal immigrant/registered sex offender, Luis Abrahan Sanchez Zavaleta. And violated US Federal Laws.
There is an epidemic of elected/appointed US officials who clearly violate State and Federal Law in supporting Illegal Immigrants and Illegal Immigration.
As American Citizens, We, the undersigned, issue this petition to demand an investigation to determine if the Senator and the office of the Senator knowingly violated US Federal laws. And if found guilty, we advocate the Senator's removal from office.
