An investment in technology to combat climate change will allow for development and deployment of sustainable energy sources and methods to reduce historical greenhouse gas emissions stored in the atmosphere. Through investment of technology, the U.S. can take action to reach climate goals and limit global warming to below 2 degrees Celsius, compared to pre-industrial levels.
