Inmates have the right to be protected from cruel and unusual punishment
My Son (William J. Allen#14038078) Is a person who has been subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. He was stabbed with keys by those who were suppose to protect him,he has been beaten up ,upon his many complaints he was moved from one prison to another.Costing tax payers thousands of dollars,Starting in Texas,Colorado,Florida,Pennsylvania,now Missouri. This is a young man who is there serving a sentence for the mistakes he made,and the wrong he committed. He is not there to be beaten down by other inmates,or those who are paid to protect him.I'm tired of those in charge accusing inmates of being the ones who manipulate.When those who are in charge;Guards,Counselors
and all others ,are the Masters of manipulation.Enough!!! These are somebody's sons ,and daughters and tomorrow it could be yours! I love my son,he has no voice ,I carried him! I will be his voice!
