Eliminate Immunity for District Court Judges in family cases. District Court Judges in family cases should be held accountable for their actions and misconduct in their court rooms.
District Court Judges should not be allowed to abuse their position as a Judge to abuse and abuse family members who rely on them for their help because of their own personal biases....
Stripping people of their legal rights, refusing evidence, allowing for corruption and abuse, canceling hearings, name calling, biased rulings, playing favorites, violating legal procedures and violating the law is unacceptable... All of these instances are things I have personally witnessed in Collin County.

I am requesting Federal Investigation into the Judicial misconduct of Collin county District court Judges in family cases.

Families are being abused by Family Courts through out the United States of America, this is a major issue that needs to be addressed, Families that have had their civil rights violated through family court proceedings and the fact that all due process and constitutional rights are violated and manipulated by district court judges.
Judicial conduct is abusive and decisions violate the public trust
I have witnessed the horrors in the Collin County system for too long. It is time to make these abusive practices stop in north Texas.
