submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary
RESOLUTION
Impeaching Joseph R. Biden, President of the United States,
for high crimes and misdemeanors.
1 Resolved, That Joseph R. Biden, President of the
2 United States, is impeached for high crimes and mis3 demeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment
4 be exhibited to the United States Senate:
5 Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of
6 Representatives of the United States of America in the
7 name of itself and of the people of the United States of
8 America, against Joseph R. Biden, President of the
9 United States of America, in maintenance and support of

3 ARTICLE I
4 In his conduct of the office of President of the United
5 States, Joseph R. Biden violated his constitutional oath
6 to faithfully execute the office of President of the United
7 States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect,
8 and defend the Constitution of the United States, in that:
9 President Biden failed to secure the southern border
10 by halting construction of a barrier along the U.S.-Mexico
11 border, leaving Border Patrol agents to fend for them12 selves in the effort to secure our borders.
13 President Biden attempted to end the Migrant Pro14 tection Protocol policies that required migrants seeking
15 asylum to wait outside of the United States.
16 President Biden abrogated the responsibilities of
17 Federal border enforcement to private shelters, religious
18 organizations, and local officials with respect to testing in19 coming migrants for COVIDâ19.
20 President Biden willfully released thousands of mi21 grants who entered the United States illegally without a
22 date to appear in court for immigration.
23 President Biden knowingly released migrants having
24 tested positive for COVIDâ19 from Border Patrol custody
25 and into the United States, and knowingly transported

2 States.
3 Wherefore President Biden, by such conduct, thus
4 warrants impeachment and trial, removal from office, and
5 disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor,
6 trust, or profit under the United States.
7 ARTICLE II
8 In his conduct of the office of President of the United
9 States, Joseph R. Biden violated his constitutional oath
10 faithfully to execute the office of President of the United
11 States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect,
12 and defend the Constitution of the United States, in that:
13 President Biden has violated the constitutional duties
14 of the office of President of the United States by not faith15 fully executing the law.
16 President Biden has extended the moratorium on
17 evictions despite publicly acknowledging it would âânot
18 pass constitutional musterââ.
19 President Biden has violated the separation of powers
20 by extending the moratorium despite the clear warning
21 from the U.S. Supreme Court.
22 President Biden has violated the separation of powers
23 by extending the moratorium with no legislative directive
24 from the U.S. Congress.

3 disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor,
4 trust, or profit under the United States.
5 ARTICLE III
6 In his conduct of the office of President of the United
7 States, Joseph R. Biden violated his constitutional oath
8 faithfully to execute the office of President of the United
9 States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect,
10 and defend the Constitution of the United States, in that:
11 President Biden has failed to act responsibly as Com12 mander in Chief with regard to the withdrawal of United
13 States forces from Afghanistan.
14 President Biden has abandoned thousands of Ameri15 cans with the removal of military personnel before Amer16 ican civilians were evacuated, willfully putting their lives
17 at risk.
18 President Biden has aided and abetted the enemy by
19 failing to secure or destroy American-donated military
20 equipment as Taliban forces overtook territory in Afghani21 stan, leaving billions of dollarsâ worth of military hardware
22 in the hands of enemy soldiers.
23 President Biden has executed a withdrawal policy
