Immediate Repeal of New Health Care Law

New Health Care Law Increases Costs, Hurts Seniors

The Obama Administration Report Confirms New Health Care Law Increases Costs, Hurts Seniors.

According to President Obama's own administration?s analysis, the health care law he signed in March violates his pledge to ?bend the cost curve? and it will force millions of seniors off their current Medicare coverage.

Analysis by the Obama Administration?s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) shows that President Obama?s new health care law is not in line with his pledge to ?bend the cost curve.?

According to the report, the Democrats? government takeover of health care, actually increases national health care costs over the next 10 years by $311 billion.

This is in addition to what we already know about how this new law is leaving middle class families to brace for higher premium costs. It is also hurting employers with job killing tax hikes. Many companies have already stated how it is hurting them. Congress was to hold hearings with these companies that have been releasing the adverse affects of this new law. Congress has recently cancelled these hearings because even Congress cannot cover up their own (CMS) report.

House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, said Friday the report shows that not only will the national health care costs increase, it will force more than 7 million seniors off their current Medicare coverage.

Among the findings, the actuary concluded that:

***About 14 million people would lose their employer coverage by 2019 as smaller employers terminate coverage. Therefore, workers who currently have employer coverage become enrolled in Medicaid***

The President has stated that this government takeover of health care was the single most important thing that we can do to address our deficits. But as it turns out, it?s just going to make matters worse.

We The People want this new Health Care Law Repealed NOW, before it can do major damage to the best Health Care System in the World, and inflict even more damage to our weak Economy!

The Solution is to repeal this Legislation in total and start over. You must work in a Bi-Partisan fashion, to find common sense solutions that will reduce the cost of health care and provide affordable coverage for all Americans. To lower cost you must include Tort Reform and allow Insurance Companies to do business across State Lines. The free market must be allowed to work.
