A year has gone by since the CDC Whistleblower, Dr. William Thompson came forward. This cannot stay buried any longer. It is too late for my fourteen year old grandson, who regressed after his MMR vaccine into severe, low verbal autism with life threatening bowel issues and no hope of ever living even a partially independent life. There are thousands and thousands of American children of all races and ethnic backgrounds who will never see justice, and never know independence. This cannot, will not stay buried. As a parent of our son who was born in August 2004 and who received the MMR vaccine in December 2005 and is vaccine injured I would like to state that it is a crime of what has occurred to our son. He was developing fine his first year reaching all expected milestones. He then regressed to be diagnosed with Pervasive Development Disorder (PDD) at 2.5 years of age. He was diagnosed later at 5 years of age to have chronic pancreatitis, which is listed as a digestive adverse reaction on the MMR insert. The 1986 law for the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has a statute of 3 years and because of this our son has no recourse for compensation. This diagnosis of pancreatitis helped our son get the prescribed enzymes his body was no longer creating to allow him to fully digest the nutrients of the food he ate and therefore allow him to start growing and developing again. That's not to say that was the only damage done to our son's immune and digestive system. Both the CDC Immunization Program should be investigated and this law repealed or at the least amended to extend the statute of limitations. Please call to investigate the CDC and to revisit this law. There are literally tens of thousands of children who have similar stories of regression into autism. We, the parents of children with an ASD need your help.REPORT COMMENTS

The CDC has demonstrated that they are corrupt and completely unworthy of overseeing anything to do with vaccines or vaccine safety. Vaccine injury is not "rare" and it's destroying our future generations. We now have 1 in 6 school-aged children with some kind of neurological disability. The CDC whistleblower hearings must take place, and Dr. William Thompson must be called upon to speak, or you will never regain the trust of the people. It certainly appears that serious scientific misconduct has been committed by the CDC for many years now. It's time to air this "dirty laundry" and start over with a truly independent agency. I am a licensed healthcare worker and the mother of three children who all experienced adverse effect of the MMR. We need the CDC Whistleblower Hearings NOW. Please do the right thing.REPORT COMMENTS

Clearly, valid questions have been raised during recent events. The American People deserve to know the answers ASAP! It is overly simplistic and dismissive to state that all questions relating to vaccines have been answered, and this subject has been put to rest and must stay at rest, particularly given the recent developments! It would be unacceptable in the world's great democracy if lobbyists have successfully influenced legislators to unjustifiably delay and disrail senate hearings on this critically important subject!
