IDEA Amendment for Selection of LHO
In the State of SC students with special needs and their parents are being railroaded with the 2 tier due process hearing procedures. LHO are being paid to rule in the favor of the District. This needs attention, publicity, investigation and reform. Students education are suffering and parental rights are violated without accountability by the State DOE.
