Hurt in the line of duty and denied a medical discharge

My son is a soldier stationed in Alaska who fresh out of bootcamp was critically hurt during training. His unit was deployed and he was back in the rear to heal. Physical he began the battle of healing but with all the medications emotional he wasn't. He got a dui and is begin processed out but is being denied a medical dishcharge. Its unfair and unconstitutional that the military treat young soldiers in this manner. At the age of 21 he almost lost his foot . Where is the soldier care CG Garret is wrong on his decision to deny a medical discharge. Many soldiers are raped out of benifits because they are troubled. I feel that Pvt Deonte Taylor was failed by his command
