Please stop this death sentence.
My felony drug conviction happen more than 23 years ago. It was a stupid mistake in which I deserved time in jail for breaking the law and making bad choices. I have been clean and off drugs for over 20 years. I have not had any other in encounter with law since my conviction. All people make mistakes from time, to time. Please forgive me as you would like others to forgive you for your mistakes. Please make this bill law. Move it out of committee. Thank You for listening.
