Im a Sergeant First Class in the Army and this is the most ridiculous bill I have ever heard. Banks will go bankrupt because people will not use them anymore. I will switch to money orders rather than conduct my business at a financial institution that is getting robbed by the federal government. This tax is wrong to the American people.
