PUT A STOP TO NM CORRUPTION IT'S EVIL!!
THERE IS A very corrupt case regarding the illegal taking of my 9 year old granddaughter last year as her father was shot and killed in the line of duty all this organized crime is for the sole purpose of the paternal grandparents keeping my granddaughters money as she is the beneficiary to her father's death benefits the child is in danger and since she has been deprived and alienated from her mother and i and this corruption is So deep that the journalist of our community has made contact with me and has advised that the paternal grandparents have made me a victim of government gang stalking these are just a examples of what has taken place / 1. The paternal grandparents committed the crime of kidnapping the child by showing the police fake forged documents signed by their attorney and the judge presiding on this case
2.cyfd had a duty to come assist me in helping me fill out a kinship guardianship for emergency custody of my granddaughter because I've raised the child since 2013- 2021 the agreement was me and the father shared the child 50/50 and my daughter had court ordered visits back in 2015 as my daughter wasn't stable at the time due to domestic violence issues that stemmed from the relationship but the court ordered visitations could have not been ordered by the fathers attorney in 2015 because the father was not authorized to make informed decisions since his name was not on the child's birth certificate until 2019 making the child 7 years old so this crime was committed and my daughter was deprived of her rights as a mother even when she was the sole custodian of the child
3. Cyfd did not do their jobs and assist me with the paperwork instead they sent a crooked worker to check on the welfare of the child . My granddaughter has suffered severe physical abuse by her step mother and there is photos showing the scars i spoke to a mandated reporter from California because new Mexico public officials turned a blind eye and assisted the paternal grandparents simply because the father was a state police officer fatally shot and the mandated reporter called the complaint in for immediate investigation and cyfd worker and a lead investigator including the district attorney for this county bombarded my granddaughter and instead of investigating the abuse from her father's wife (Gabriella) instead they investigate my daughter and manipulate her into thinking that i had filed abuse charges on her which is the paternal grandmother has never been in the child's life she in fact wanted her aborted i intervened in the court case and have presented evidence that in fact the child belongs with me and her mother

In April of 2021 there was a hearing And their attorney on the record stated that the paternal grandparents had the child in their home since march3 2020 to april 22nd 2021 which was a lie because school records showed that the child attended school where she resided with her father from january 2020 to september 2020 and the judge clearly admitted they were lying and that he would not grant the guardianship to that day and said a guardian ad litem was needed but with that perjury being called out was emergency relief to give the child back instead this judge gave her back to dishonest people and the attorney representing them had full knowledge that his clients were in fact lying
5. I filed for an emergency pick up order on may 19th and minutes after exiting the district court house there was a bogus warrant for my arrest by an investigator out of grant county he stated that on Feb 25th i had committed 2 counts of harassment against the paternal grandparents which is false because on feb25 is the day they illegally showed forged documents of legal guardianship and it was late at night and the only events that took place was me calling police and reporting the incident and cyfd to assist in doing a welfare check as i was home which is 7 hours away from where the events took place my cause of concern was that i had already spoke to income support division and they had informed me that i was in fact responsible for the child and that i needed to call ssi office to establish the child's survivors benefits and that night i was worried about the child's well being because i heard the child crying and refusing to go which i have audio of so it is the law and my fundamental right to keep my granddaughter safe and according to the interpretation of the law governing my state calling cyfd is in fact a crime
6. In 2015 the attorney of the child's father ordered my daughter and the father to mediation and days before the mediation the attorney who is the same attorney representing the grandparents informed the parents that the mediator had passed away unexpectedly come to find out the mediator is still alive and fully operating in my state

The judge ordered a GAL to make recommendations for the best interests of the child upon my conversation with the gal i informed him that the grandparents had used a tactic and used forged documents to gain the guardianship and again defamed my daughters character by stating the child tested positive for methamphetamine through a hair follicle in 2015 while in the care of my daughter which is yet another lie the child was in the care of the father and in the care of me at the time. The childs father has a step brother who is still in prison for drug charges and child abuse charges the hair follicle was to be taken from his oldest child who was currently in the father's custody and in the home living with his father and the paternal grandmother furthermore my concern is this CYFD DID NOT HAVE MINE OR MY DAUGHTERS PERMISSION TO TOUCH MY GRANDDAUGHTERS HAIR YET ALONE TEST IT BUT THE GRANDMOTHER ILLEGALLY AUTHORIZED IT
The paternal grandmother and public officials i feel are trying to in fact disable or kill my granddaughter the grandmother has gone as far as to take the child to phycho therapist to have her medicated to disable her to keep the money and then took her to get vaccinated for covid SHE DOES NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO DO ANY OF THIS SHE HAS COMMITTED FRAUD THROUGHOUT NEW MEXICO AND THE EVIDENCE HAS BEEN IRREFUTABLE AND THE JUDGE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT STALL THIS CASE AND ASSIST IN THEM IN THEIR ILLEGAL DOINGS MY QUESTION IS WHERE IS JUSTICE FOR THIS CHILD ? AND FURTHERMORE IT IS TOO STRANGE THAT THE GUARDIAN AD LITEM DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THE HEARING IN NOVEMBER 2021 THE JUDGE SAID HIS NAME CLEARLY AND FURTHER STATED HE WAS NOT PRESENT THIS JUDGE SHOULD HAVE NOT RULED ON THIS CASE IF THE GAL BACKED OUT THE JUDGE HAD THE SOLE DUTY TO APPOINT ANOTHER ONE I HAVE FILED MOTIONS TO DISQUALIFY THIS JUDGE AND HE SEES HE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG BUT THE FACTS ARE CLEAR AND NOT ONLY ARE THEIR GROUNDS TO DISQUALIFY HIM THERE ARE GROUNDS TO IN FACT IMPEACH HIM NOW WE NEED ANSWERS AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ROLE IN THIS MISCONDUCT THAT HAS LEFT MY GRANDDAUGHTER SUFFERING BOTH PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY I AM A FULL TIME STUDENT STUDYING FOR MY ASSOCIATES DEGREE IN LEGAL STUDIES AND IM CERTAIN I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE REAL LAW AND HOW THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO DIRECTLY INTERPRETATED IT AND I WILL NOT STAND FOR IT MY GRANDDAUGHTER WILL GET JUSTICE AND SHE WILL NOT BE TREATED AS A PUPPET FOR A FINANCIAL GAIN FOR ANYONE STOP HURTING MY GRANDDAUGHTER SHE HAS RIGHTS AND I WILL EXERCISE THEM ON HER BEHALF
