Hold Judges accountable they do not have immunity on everything!
Judge Phillip Kirk o isf Waupaca County has the balls to say on ccap that he wrote a letter to me concerned about a placement. No ! I write a letter to him because he sends kids to live with convicted pedaphiles. He tried to make me go live with a man that I testified against when I was six . At 14 he threatened my foster mom with a letter stating she would be fined if she did not bring me to court . He then on ccap leaves out that there was a child guardian enlighten. He actually for Ed a young boy to live with a convicted child predator when the child clearly said no and was over 12 years of age . He ruined children's lives and should not have immunity to that . He stated both parents agreed and there was no dispute and he only gets involved when there is disagreement. Well excuse me there was a child who was very important to.me that disagreed. He said no . This man was a horrible judge and I'm holding him.accoumtable . I'm opening the case that is closed because it for one has my name on it but this man dies not care about others rights. Just like he didn't care about that 12 year old. He thinks it's okay to blame me when I was only three years older. No it's your fault Judge Phillip Kirk. You're job was to listen to the child !!!!! You chose to.lusten to two parents who agreed to abuse their children severely. There should be a law that holds these kinds accountable . I cannot get back what he took from me and neither can my siblings. I'm not taking this!
